David's undergradulate studies in economics and psychology has provided him with the knowledge and depth of understanding in anticipation of and during economic market cycles.

He has decades of construction experience being an electrician which provides him vast insights, skill and knowledge in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors. He also has much knowledge when it comes to landscaping and beautifying your home. David is an enthusiastic rose gardener too and you can often see him in the summer gathering bouquets for his neighbours or walking one of his French Bulldogs.

Ongoing financial studies and investing has provided him with the fundamental and technical analysis, contributing to his sound understanding of the real estate market.
